Preventative Care
Preventative visits
To better align with standard medical practice, we have adjusted the suggested frequency of preventative visits based on age:
- Under 40 years old: every 3 years
- 40 – 50 years old: every 2 years
- Over 50 years old: every year
Depending on your individual health needs, your provider may request an appointment with you beyond this established frequency.

Easier Scheduling & Check-in
MyChart
With this secure online tool, you can schedule an appointment, receive alerts if an earlier appointment time becomes available, ckeck-in from home, instantly access your personalized health info, and so much more. Learn more >>
eCheck-in for all patients
There is a faster and more efficient check-in process for you. A few days prior to your appointment, all patients will receive an email containing a link to check in. You can also complete several forms online prior to your visit. Less time completing paperwork in the office gives you more time with your provider.
