Shane Joy is very easy to talk with. I feel he truly listens and provide relevant feedback. I actually prefer dealing with a PA vs a Doctor. Joy takes the time to provide excellent Medicare care. May I suggest rewarding Shane with a performance bonus. He truly is a valuable asset to the HHC Patrice!
