My first concern is that I was running a few minutes late for the appointment & I was concerned that I might need to reschedule. This was my first visit with this practitioner (my previous doctor had moved two hours away). I know that this practitioner is an APRN, but to the receptionist, I automatically said, "Dr. Havasov," to which she replied, "Polina," so that set a comfortable position while I waited. Once Polina came into the room, she was very attentive, asking about my medical history & taking time to listen. I considered it a pleasant first visit.

The provider was very hard to understand and really struggled to understand her responses. I had marked things off for my concerns of pre reg paper work and they weren't addressed. Why have me fill out if isn't used? The provider's note contradicts my self assesment form

The staff is quite friendly, kind, and professional! After I was seated, it took less than fifteen (15) minutes before I was seen by a great CNA . She took care of ALL My vitals and has a great personality to make patients at ease. My primary care giver has excellent bed side manner with high intelligence and confidence in her discipline! Always engages on How I Feel? And other pertinent interrogative statements! She also made sure I had a KG, since I had Not seen her for a year. It matched the KG information from a year ago.
