Dr. Rich is an amazing doctor. He takes care of my whole family and myself. He's been my doc for the past 27 years. He saved my life. Also his nurse Bryan is amazing, professional and very knowledgeable. He usually calls me with my labs and answers all of my questions and when I call for him he call me back withing 15 to 20 minutes, and appreciate that so much and he always has such a great attitude. Thank you Bryan Tracy and Dr. Rich. You three truly excel at you do.

Dr. Rich was always the reason for me using Fairfield County Medical Group. He was backed up by a very capable and attentive support staff. The immediacy of that support is now gone. It makes obtaining any short-notice care a much more difficult proposition.
