Dr Luzzi is incredibly smart and very good at what he does. His treatment works and solves the issue but the manner in which he makes the decision is very authoritative. I wish he would ask me what I think about trying a treatment and include me in the decision rather than just telling me what I'm going to do.

I had to recant my previous review since I have my own issues around unrealistic expectations when it comes to healthcare as a whole. I would recommend Dr. Luzzi to others. I had quite a few appointments with him in a short span of time and he was helpful in making sure I got the tests I needed, and was helpful in explaining the "whys" to me along the way. If you're looking for an ENT, he is a friendly, quality, experienced one. His staff are also consistently fantastic.

I had pressure and hearing loss in my left ear from a head injury. Dr. Luzzi worked on it in his office and I left without pressure and my hearing was much improved. He then explained and showed me a print out of my ear before and after he worked on it. I can’t thank him enough!!! He is a Great Doctor!!!
