I have always felt comfortable and confident with the care I receive in this office, however I was disappointed that I will have to make a separate trip to a lab to have my blood drawn for tests. I used to have my blood drawn in the office before leaving. Now, I will have to make another trip to complete the testing my dr needs

I'm disappointed the HH no longer allows my PCP to take blood in-office without staff certification. Not only did I fast unnecessarily but it has delayed important medical data since my health limits my ability to promptly go to an out of office lab. My PCP have experienced, trained, qualified phlebotomists that have taken my blood for 20 years without issue. Please reconsider this inconvenient and possibly detrimental policy.

For 16 years I've had my blood work done at the Dr office. Now I have to go to set up a separate apt w/Quest? This is very inconvenient. They've always done a fine job at NLFP.

Dr. Fisher is very professional. I have been with NL. Family practice since 1979. The Med student Sarah was very good also. Michelle the Nurse was also great and professional. The Secretaries in the office are always polite.

Dr Fisher has been my primary care physician for many years. Who knew that in addition to being a very capable and experienced doctor, he is also an orthopedic physician! He was able to adjust me while I was having symptoms of. Sciatica and the pain was alleviated immediately. Thank you Dr. Fisher for taking such great care of me and my husband over the years! Dr. Fisher is a gift, as is the Primary Care office. Everyone from the front desk to the nursing staff is competent and professional. I only wish that my blood work could have been done in the office as it has been for years in the past.

My experiences at Dr. Fisher's office is always courteous, professional , and thorough. My only complaint is the fact that Hartford Healthcare, has taken my ability to have my bloodwork drawn at Dr. Fisher's office, with his excellent staff. It is very inconvenient and to have to seek another location, such as Quest, is ridiculous. The Quest locations are under staffed, many of the facilities are run by rude unprofessional staff. I would appreciate it, if Hartford Healthcare would reconsider and allow lab work to take place at my Doctors office, Dr. Eric Fisher. Both myself and my father are comfortable with Dr. Fisher, and his excellent staff.
