Emily Williams is EXCELLENT IN EVERY WAY. I do not like Hartford Healtcare at all. Since they have taken over all of the private practices of my former medical doctors my care, and the care of my family have declined dramatically. In each office that HH has taken over, patient care has suffered. Emily Williams is the one exception and this has to do 100% with her and nothing to do with HH. She is patient, caring, concerned and kind. She listens, takes whatever time is needed to deal with the health issues and the overall health of her patients. She is an absolute gem and you should wish that every one in your office was as through as she is. Hire 1,000 more like her and take her example of patient care.
