I was very pleased with my visit with Dr. Pankratov. It was simple to get an appointment, the app for pre-check was easy to use. I had only a short wait in a very clean and organized waiting room. The nurse who did the intake was professional and quick and made the subsequent visit with the doctor smoother. Dr. Pankratov, herself is a very good listener and very thorough. My experiences with Dr. Pankratov have gone very well. Previous to me finding this amazing primary care physician, I had a truly bad experience with my former doctor. Dr. Pankratov is a great listener, she allowed me to unpack my reluctance to seek healthcare based on my past experiences. Her staff is always professional and friendly. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs a doctor who actually "cares" and not one who just writes prescriptions without seeking ways to combat issues in a healthier, long term way.

Dr Pankratov has been my PCP for a # of years now. She is a great Doctor, very sensitive, kind and caring. She listens and hears you which many Physicians do not seem to do.
