I know a lot of patients like her, however I can't seem to find friendly or caring. She seems cold and doesn't make an effort to have a conversation with you, which I feel would give her a better understanding of me the patient.

Allison is great. I first went to her at the women's healthcare service. She sat down and pulled out a pad of paper, listened, analyzed and addressed concerns. I'm much healthier now. That's why I followed her to HHC. She still listens and works with me to resolve any issues, but seemed rushed/distracted. Maybe it was just the day, and again, I only noticed because I've known her so long. If HHC is trying to get more patients in the same amount of time, please consider that you're actually sacrificing the wellbeing of your staff as well as your patients.

Ms. Allison Kilmer listens closely to concerns professionally and confidentially as we discuss my symptoms, diagnoses, and treatments. She always listen carefully to the patient and want to help you to feel better. In this days is hard to find a medical personal that take time to listen to you and work with you. Allison and the people who works with her are very good in what they are doing.

Allison is simply amazing. She talks and not only listens to me in pur discussions about my health BUT HEARS ME. She is so easy to talk to and to me she is the best APRN you have on staff there.
