This was my first appointment with Dr. Shin since my previous PCP retired. I was struck by a car on 3/29/2025 and was transported to St. Vincent's. I wanted to meet with my new PCP to follow up. Dr. Shin was amazing. She listened to my concerns and explained how I was concussed. Pain increased my BP and she added an additional BP med to help bring it down, along with a muscle relaxer to reduce my discomfort. Dr. Shin was very thorough and patient.

Its the best doctors office ive ever been to. It starts at the front desk where the ladies are so nice and then i’ve had the chance to see 2 different nurses before the doctor and they both were amazing. Then it’s the doctor, the sweetest person ever and so good at what she does. I love how she explains everything to you and doesn’t just give you a referal for some other doc and that’s it. Doctor Shin is best primary. Our entire family have been seeing her for two years. She would squeeze her time to see her patients even when she was busy. I LOVE her advised and recommendation. She went over detail about what specialist was not mentioned, so i understand better w my health. When she prescribed medication, she explain the costs and affects. Thankful we found her after our primary passed away.
