Dr. Heffelfinger is beyond 'good'. I trust him with all of the aspects of my health and planning for future care. He is kind, patient, understanding and willing to listen to my concerns and my plans. He has been my primary care practitioner for years, maybe a decade +, never forgets previous discussions. Cautions with med prescriptions due to my age and comorbidities, and that I'm a retired nurse, who has never really retired. Thanks.

Best family Doctor I've been to in a very long time. I don't like going to walk-in clinics because I don't want to see anyone else. So many doctors are arrogant, dismissive and brusque. But Doctor Heff is the opposite. He asks the right questions, listens, and always spends as much time as you need. He feels more like a family friend than a Doctor. All his negative reviews here are about appointment-setting, which he doesn't handle or have any control over. So if it weren't for that, then he'd have 5-stars.

The Doc is really down to earth and personable. Chair side manner is great. He listens to you and gives constructive feedback. Not judgemental, but truly helpful. Looking for a good primary care doctor he's not the one. Looking for a GREAT primary care doctor he's definitely the one. I highly recommend him.
