Jackie is a phenomenal provider who listens to my needs and responds accordingly. If it weren't for Jackie, I would not be traveling or willing to travel 45/50 minutes for an office visit. I followed her to the new practice because of her professionalism, Knowledge And comfort that she brings at no time do I feel rushed through my visits or like number.

The overall office visits are great, the reception desk is great, barely any wait time. The rooms and restrooms are well maintained and plenty of parking. The level of care and empathy I receive during each visit with Jacqueline is top tier! Jacqueline is by far one of the best healthcare providers I have experienced receiving care from in the USA. Great bedside manner, extremely detailed. Her entire team is 10/10 even the students who work with her are excellent! Each visit I leave the office with more knowledge, and a level of confidence that I’m going to be fine.

Very comfortable atmosphere from start to finish. My fourth time there and everyone was very friendly and kind. Jalkie was thorough and compassionate. Took the time to talk and ask questions. Had a conversation and Never felt rushed.

The nurses, PAs and doctors at Hartford healthcare that I see are all amazing. I was so nervous about the transition to Hartford healthcare, but that has all subsided. They are compassionate, kind, well knowledged and listen to my issues when I am not feeling well. Kudos to everybody. Andrea, Jacqueline and Dr. Fisher, thank you for everything!
