Dr Brenes was refreshing to meet. She is the third provider I've had in three year. I'm happy she is at the practice and will be my physician. She was patient, empathetic, and truly seemed interested in my care and wellbeing. She was easy to talk to and I appreciate the level of care she extended me.

Good experience. I should have requested the specific radiology group that I was referred to for my colonoscopy, and the clinical lab group that my blood tests were ordered. This is to avoid potential confusion as my former radiology group and the newly referred radiology group are both contacting me.

Dr. Brenes is the absolute best PCP I have ever seen! She reviewed all of my health issues in a thorough and thoughtful manner. She took all of my concerns seriously and made appropriate referrals and even gave me an anti inflammatory for my chronic pain that I have lived with for about 4 years now that no other provider has taken seriously. She was attentive and it really felt like we were contesting a plan for my care, which is unfortunately so rare these days. I cannot recommend Dr. Brenes enough and I am so glad I made the switch to her as my PCP!

The first time I see Dr. Brenes. While she treated me, I watched her, and I could see that she is a doctor who cares that her patients have the best care. And she has knowledge of what she practices, something that caught my attention. I didn't tell her about a condition, and I just told her what I felt, and she told me where my condition came from. This shows that she has a lot of knowledge of her profession.

I had the ability to meet and be seen by Dr. Laura Brenes and I must say that her bedside manner and attention to patient care is 100/10 if I could rate it as such. In today's PCP world, you don't often get the detailed 1:1 care that I experienced during my visit and I can say that she cares for her patients and their wellbeing outside of a computer or metrics. She is a quality provider of HHC's mission, vision and values.
