The staff at check in were friendly and helpful. Jasmine did vitals and history, a very pleasant young lady with a great sense of humor. Dr Casey was very thorough and spent time to listen and explain things using helpful analogies. Don’t let his bio pic put you off. He is extremely focused and knowledgeable. He won’t order unnecessary tests. He strives to find the root cause instead of just treating the symptoms with meds. If you are not medically ready for elective surgery, he will not sign consent and will start finding how to resolve issues and get you “tuned up” for surgery. I am glad that my wife and I chose Dr Casey after we moved to CT this year. I know that our cardiac health is in good hands!!

Bio

Dr. Casey has been in practice since 2006 when he joined the Hartford Hospital Medical Staff.

In 2009 he was the recipient of UCONN's Cardiology Fellowship Teacher of the Year Award.
