Dr Yaneris Polanco is the best primary care doctor that I have had in a really long time. During my visit with her, she offered me a hug after I told her that 2 of my brothers had died within just a few months of each other. She is wonderful.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Polanco in my search to find a good primary care physician. I can honestly say Dr. Polanco was wonderful! She is thorough and very knowledgeable and really took time to answer my questions and address my concerns. She has a great personality and made me feel very comfortable throughout the appointment. Her nurse who first took my information was equally good. The front desk staff was also very kind and friendly. I feel fortunate to have found Dr. Polanco and her staff. Hartford Healthcare continues to impress me.
